Some employers have their own giving portals where you can contribute to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations like ours — often you can even have your gift matched at the same time. If you give this way, your receipt for tax purposes will come from your employer’s system, but we still need you to report it here so your gift can be counted in our schoolwide participation and Classroom Competition!

Some quick answers to questions you might have before you donate:

Why does the form ask for my Konstella email address?
We use our Konstella class rosters to match your gift to classes in our Classroom Competition. If you use your Konstella email, everything should ‘Just Work’! If you forgot, you can add your Konstella email address later on your Account Settings page.

Do I need to register/log in to donate?
You don’t have to, but registering an account lets you view your giving history, confirm your supported classrooms, customize your display name on our thank-you lists, and more.

What does it mean if I keep my donation “anonymous”?
WVPTO may publish a thank-you list with donor names (but never amounts given), and your display name can be customized if you register an account. If you don’t want to be listed, you can tick the “anonymous” box, and we won’t put your name on anything public. Your name will still be in our records for tax purposes.

I donated by check/credit card on this website. Do I also need to fill out this form if my company is matching my donation?
If you already put in your employer match amount when you donated on this website, you don’t need to submit this form as well! If you didn’t enter a match amount when you donated, you can use this form with a $0 individual contribution to add your match.
