- Optional details about your donation, such as check number or anticipated employer match
- Your payment information, which is passed securely to our payment processor (Stripe) – we do not store credit card numbers
How we use it
- To process donations and send receipts
- To track schoolwide and classroom participation using our Konstella class rosters matched against your email address
- To thank our donors on our website or in emails
- To let you view your donation history if you have an account
- To send occasional follow-up messages related to your donation
What we don’t do
- We never sell or pass on your information to others.
- We never publish individual gift amounts.
- If you ask to stay anonymous, we will not use your name in anything public.
- We don’t store full credit card numbers ourselves. Payment information is handled securely by our payment processor (Stripe), which may store your card details as needed for processing.
Your choices
- You can update your profile information at any time by registering an account or by contacting directdonation@wvpto.org.
- You can ask us not to send follow-up messages about your donation by contacting directdonation@wvpto.org.
